Do I have to be 21 to order from smokerzwarehouse?
Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase from smokerzwarehouse.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase smoking accessories in your state.
We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Orders may be canceled if age cannot be verified.
We sell smoking accessories only. We do not sell tobacco, nicotine, or illegal substances.
Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on carrier and location. Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and carrier delays may occur.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.
Will my package be discreet?
Yes. All smoking accessories are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.
What if my tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package?
If tracking shows Delivered, you must:
Contact the shipping carrier
Check with neighbors or building management
File a claim with the carrier
smokerzwarehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of smoking accessories, most sales are final.
We only accept returns for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items sent
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How long do I have to report an issue?
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required.
Is there a restocking fee?
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Why was my order flagged or canceled?
To protect our customers from fraud and unauthorized transactions, some orders may be flagged by our security system.
Orders may be flagged due to:
Billing and shipping address mismatch
High-risk ZIP code
High-value purchase
Multiple failed payment attempts
Fraud detection alerts
If your order is flagged, we may request:
Address verification
Identity confirmation
Signature confirmation upon delivery
If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Do you fight chargebacks?
Yes. We actively monitor fraudulent activity.
We retain shipping confirmation, IP logs, and order verification data to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
Customers agree to contact us before filing a payment dispute.

I have a wholesale account. Can I order online?
To receive wholesale pricing, orders must be placed directly through email or phone. Wholesale discounts are not available through regular online checkout.
